Every year over 1500 women and children seek support to deal with issues arising from abuse and violence. We offer a variety of programs towards this end, most of which can be found in the sidebar on each page.

Our programs and services support self awareness, self reliance and self esteem. Most importantly we offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental place to begin the healing process.
